At Brother Buy, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we’re here to help. Please read our Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and our obligations.
1. Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
Product Issues: If the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Package Terms: If you have purchased a package and are unable to bring in the required 3 user referrals under your package, you are eligible for a refund.
Service Not Delivered: If for any reason the product or service you paid for cannot be delivered.
To initiate a refund, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product or service.
2. Refund Process
To request a refund:

Provide your order number, reason for the refund, and any supporting evidence (e.g. photos of damaged item).
Our team will review your request and respond within 2-5 business days.
If your refund is approved:
The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
Products returned without original packaging or in used condition.
Orders that were completed successfully and where services/products were delivered as promised.
Any digital or downloadable products once delivered.
4. Packages & Referral-Based Refunds
If you purchase a Brother Buy package, you are required to invite 3 users using your referral code under that package. If you are unable to bring 3 users within the specified time, we will issue a refund or allow you to use the amount for shopping on our platform.
Please note:
The referral users must be genuine and must complete their registrations or purchases under your code.
Misuse of the referral system may lead to disqualification from refunds.
5. Exchange Policy
In case of wrong size, color, or product, we also offer exchange options instead of refunds, subject to availability. Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Once the product is shipped, you must follow the return process.
